I purchased these shoes in a size 11. The fit is perfect and the heel is high, just like I like pumps to be. The platform is not too high and definitely work appropriate.

Almost Perfect -- very tall and a bit tight on the toes
These are beautiful heels. They are a hint too tall, but I was able to get used to them pretty quickly. It's still safe to say that I won't be walking medium- long distances in them. (just to give you perspective -- I am 25, and I wear heels on the weekends).
They are a bit tight on my toes too -- I'm hoping that goes away as I loosen them up.

Bellafina is stylish, but snug
I love the look of Bellafina and even the heel height, but I found the shoe to be a little snug. I had to take them off for a breather during a two-hour event with mostly sitting and some light walking. The heel at times seemed as if it was going to snap/unsturdy. I wear an 8.5M in Nine West shoes and ordered these in the red 8.5M. There was no slip-off or space at the heel of the shoe. I did receive compliments on my shoes.

My new 'Bellafina' pumps fit me very well in my normal 9W size. The length and the width are both just right for me. I've had no walk-outs or slip-offs and the shoes are snug without being uncomfortable. I've worn my new 'Bellafina' pumps to work several times and I've had no issues with walking, standing, or driving.
'Bellafina' fits wit no pinching and no soreness. I didn't need any pads or cushions. The slightly rounded toe helps with both the style and the comfort.
The heels are skyscraper high but I absolutely love tall heels. The platform adds height and contributes to the overall look.
The heels sometimes wobble a little bit so I have to be conscious of that. Overall, though, 'Bellafina' is very stable and walkable.
The shape and the lines of the design, combined with the sculpted stiletto heels, make 'Bellafina' one of my favorite styles this season!
I like wearing my 'Bellafina' pumps with long-inseam dress slack at work. I've also used them to dress up jeans for a killer night-out look.
The red color variation is not a fire engine red. It has some purple tones and goes well with berry colors, pinks, and fuchsias.
