- Please properly mark your packing slip with the item(s) being returned and the reason for your return, and include it in your return package.
- A packing slip was included in your original shipment.
- Pack and seal your return securely in the original shoe box and include the packing slip. If you don’t have your packing slip, simply provide us with the following information so that we can quickly process your return:
- Order Number (if available)
- Item(s) being returned and the reason why
- Mail your return using the pre-paid return shipping label located in your original shipment. If you use this label, we’ll deduct $7.50 from your order refund for return postage.
- Generate a pre-paid shipping label. If you use this label, we’ll deduct $7.50 from your order refund for return postage.
- Please retain your return tracking number. See picture below.
- You may drop off your package at any United States Postal Service (USPS) drop-off location.
- Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You’ll receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
- When returning your order, please make sure to retain your return tracking number.
- Whether if you print a return label from our site or use the prepaid return label that was included within your order, you’ll need the return tracking number in the event your package is lost or stolen in transit.

Unworn or defective merchandise may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with tickets attached. Merchandise marked "as is" or "final sale" cannot be returned/exchanged.
Nine West Specialty Retail locations will accept only returns/exchanges of merchandise purchased at an Nine West Specialty Retail store, online at ninewest.com or phone order. Nine West Specialty Retail locations will not accept returns/exchanges of merchandise purchased at an Nine West Outlet store. Merchandise purchased at Nine West Specialty Retail locations, online at ninewest.com or phone order cannot be returned to an Nine West Outlet store.
Please note that Department Stores cannot assist you with your Nine West Specialty Retail store or Nine West online return.
Refunds will be made in the form of original payment for the price paid. Refunds for purchases paid by check will be made after 5 or more business days from the original purchase date. The refund will be in cash if the store’s minimum daily currency requirements can be met; otherwise we reserve the right to issue a refund in the form of a check. Accommodations will be made by means of an exchange or merchandise credit for gift card purchases.
Refunds will be made in the form of an even exchange or a merchandise credit will be issued for the current selling price.
If, after the return, the balance remaining on the original purchase no longer meets the initial requirements of the promotion, the promotional discount will be forfeited and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds $20.00 and under will be issued in the form of cash. Refunds over $20.00 will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit.
Personal checks must be pre-printed with your name and written for the exact amount of your purchase. The maximum fee allowed by law will be applied on all returned checks.
A government issued photo ID will be required for purchases made with travelers check, personal check or merchandise credit, cash and check returns and returns/exchanges without original receipt.
A onetime price adjustment for merchandise purchased at full-price which has been marked down for the first time can be made within 14 days from the original date of purchase. Price adjustments cannot be applied to special promotions. Note: Our retail and outlet stores cannot process price adjustments for online orders.
