1. What is the Nine Loves Rewards Program?
Nine Loves Rewards is a program that rewards you for your shopping at Nine West specialty retail stores and online at ninewest.com. Every time you make a purchase you earn points to receive rewards toward more Nine West purchases. As a member you will also get exclusive member only promotions. There is no cost to join, no cards to carry or membership numbers to remember! Click here www.ninewest.com/nineloves to join.

2. How can I sign up?
You can sign up at any Nine West specialty retail store, online at www.ninewest.com/nineloves, or through Nine West Customer Service at (800)–999–1877. You have to be at least 18 years old to join and participate in the program. All you have to provide is your name, email address and zip code to join the program. Your e-mail address will be your primary identification as a program member and you must use it every time you make a purchase at a Nine West specialty retail store or on ninewest.com to ensure your points are properly credited to your account.

3. Why should I register online?
Creating your online profile is the easiest way to check your point and reward status and other program benefits. Registering online ensures that you get credited for your points and makes you eligible for additional exclusive benefits.

4. Does my membership expire?
If you don’t make a purchase at a Nine West specialty retail store or on ninewest.com in any consecutive 12-month period your account will be inactivated and any points earned will be forfeited. Once inactivated, points previously earned cannot be credited should you join the program again. If your membership does expire you can reactivate your account at any Nine West specialty retail store, online at www.ninewest.com/nineloves, or through Nine West Customer Service at (800)–999–1877.

5. How do I cancel my membership?
We hope you wouldn’t want to, but you can cancel your membership online at ninewest.com or by calling Nine West Customer Service at (800)–999–1877.
Benefits
1.What are the benefits of the program?
Every time you make a purchase at a Nine West specialty retail store or on ninewest.com you get 10 base points for every dollar spent. Once you earn 1,500 points we send you a $10 Rewards Pass for your next Nine West purchase. Purchases made at Nine West Outlet stores are not eligible to earn points toward the program.

You’ll also have the opportunity to earn bonus points on all purchases during specified time periods. During these periods every dollar spent will earn you additional points on top of the 10 base points per dollar earned so you can get your Rewards Pass even faster. These periods will be communicated through e mails and the Nine West/Nine Loves websites in advance of the event dates.

We also celebrate your birthday with you! When you provide your birth date on your Nine Loves My Profile page, you will receive an exclusive offer to use toward a Nine West purchase during your birthday month.

We will continue to surprise you with other exclusive member-only benefits and promotions along the way. You will also have the opportunity to earn points without making a purchase.
2. Is there a limit on how many Rewards Passes I can earn?
Yes. You can earn up to a maximum of $100 in Rewards Passes during a calendar year.

Points
1. How do points work?
Every time you make a purchase at a Nine West specialty retail store or on ninewest.com you get 10 base points for every dollar spent. Points will post to your Nine Loves account within 6 days from the date of purchase. Once you reach 1,500 points we will send you a $10 Rewards Pass for your next Nine West purchase (up to a maximum of $100 in Rewards Passes per calendar year).

You can earn points on all merchandise purchased at any Nine West specialty retail store and ninewest.com. You will also have the opportunity to earn points without making a purchase. Points cannot be earned on tax, shipping, purchase of gift cards or for the amount of any reward certificates redeemed or discounts applied to your purchase. Nine West Outlet purchases are not eligible for earning points. Points are not transferable and if you don’t make a purchase in a Nine West specialty retail store or on ninewest.com in any consecutive 12-month period your account will be inactivated and any points earned will be forfeited.

2. What are bonus point periods?
You’ll also have the opportunity to earn bonus points on all purchases during specified time periods. During these periods every dollar spent will earn you additional points on top of the ten base points per dollar earned so you can get your Rewards Pass even faster. These periods will be communicated through e mails and the Nine West/Nine Loves websites in advance of the event dates.

3. Can I save my points to earn a bigger reward?
Each time you reach 1,500 points a $10 Rewards Pass will be automatically e-mailed to you. Rewards Passes are sent 30 days after reaching 1,500 points. Please note that a minimum of 1,500 points must remain on your account during the 30-day period to be eligible for the reward. Any additional points remaining on your account above 1,500 will be applied toward your next Rewards Pass.

4. How do I check my point balance?
The easiest way to check your point balance is online at www.ninewest.com/nineloves. A Nine Loves online profile is required to check your status. You can also check your status at a Nine West specialty retail store or by calling Nine West Customer Service at (800)–999-1877.

5. Can I get credit for points after my purchase?
Yes. You can call Customer Service at (800)–999–1877. To get credited for your points you need to have your receipt. Credit can only be given within 90 days from the date of purchase.
Rewards
1. When will I receive my Rewards Pass?
Rewards Passes are sent 30 days after reaching 1,500 points. Please note that a minimum of 1,500 points must remain on your account during the 30 day period to be eligible for the reward.

2. How can I redeem my Rewards Pass?
Rewards Passes can be redeemed at any Nine West specialty retail store, online at ninewest.com using the reward code on the Rewards Pass or placing any order through Nine West Customer Service at (800)-999-1877. Your Rewards Pass expires 90 days from the date of issue. The expiration date will be printed on the Rewards Pass.

3. Can I combine multiple Rewards Passes?
Rewards Passes can be combined in a single purchase. If you would like to use more than one Rewards Pass for an online purchase you must contact Nine West Customer Service at (800)–999–1877 to place the order.

4. I lost my Rewards Pass. Can you reissue a new one?
It’s easy to retrieve your Rewards Pass. You will be able to print them from your Nine Loves My Rewards page as long as the pass has not expired and the full amount has not been redeemed. Click here www.ninewest.com/nineloves to access your Nine Loves My Rewards page.
VIP Tier
1. How do I qualify for the Nine Loves VIP tier?
Members who earn 3,000 points within any 12-month period will be upgraded to VIP membership status. Members will be notified of their change in membership status via e-mail. Your VIP eligibility lasts for one year from the date you qualify. You must earn another 3,000 points during your year of eligibility to maintain your VIP status.

2. What are the benefits of the Nine Loves VIP tier?
Earn rewards quicker! As a VIP member you will earn 50% bonus points on all qualifying purchases during your period of eligibility.

3. How is the Nine Loves VIP tier different from the former Nine West VIP program?
The Nine West VIP program no longer exists and VIP eligibility from the former program does not transfer to the Nine Loves VIP tier. All Nine Loves program members start at a zero point base and must meet VIP tier qualifications to be eligible for the benefits.
Online/General
1. How do I change my personal information?
Any changes to your Nine Loves profile must be done through your Nine Loves My Profile page at www.ninewest.com/nineloves. Please note this will also change your regular ninewest.com account information.

2. What if I forget my login or password?
You can reset your password at www.ninewest/nineloves.com.

3. I do not reside in the United States, can I join the program?
Sorry, only residents of the United States are eligible to participate in the program.
Privacy
1. Will you sell or trade my information?

2. What do you use my information for?
We use your information to ensure your Nine Loves Rewards points are accurately credited to your account. Should your e-mail address become unusable for any reason, we may use your postal address information (if it has been provided) to request that you update this information.
