Would have been great if the heel didnt break off within 2 hours
I've never had a problem with Nine West shoes before. But ordering the flute online left a pretty bad taste in my mouth with them. The heel broke off at my work within 2 hours, which is pretty bad bc I sit down all day at a desk.

FINALLY a nice navy pump!
I've been searching for a nice navy pump for quite some time, and was so happy when I found this shoe. The heel is slightly higher than I normally wear, but these shoes are very comfortable. The only reason i gave this shoe 4 stars is because I have a narrow foot, but these shoes are very narrow. I've worn them a few times so they seem to be loosening up, but I would take caution if you don't have a narrow foot to begin with!

Painful!!
I bought these shoes for a wedding, and they are probably the most painful pair of heels I own! My toes were numb by the time the ceremony was over! I always buy Nine West because I always find them to be comfortable, but not these. As mentioned by other reviews, they are a tad narrow in the toe area. I tried to stretch them out beforehand, but it didn't work. I gave them a fair rating because they are a classy looking shoe. If you plan on standing or walking a lot, these are not for you!!
