If your order includes multiple items, they may ship from different locations, experience different travel times and will often arrive on different days.

If your order status is "Processing", we have received your order and we are locating your product. Depending upon order volume, this may take a few days. Please see below for approximate order processing times.

We currently use UPS as our ground shipping carrier, however in some cases (depending upon weight/destination) USPS may be used for final delivery. If USPS is not an option for you, please contact Customer Service and our agents will be happy to place the order for you in order to have the delivery sent exclusively via UPS.

For standard shipping, most orders arrive within 7-10 business days for in-stock items; please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. When your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent an email with a tracking number for your order.

  • Shipments will be processed the same day that the order is placed if it is received and authorized by noon EST.
  • Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, after noon (EST) on Friday, or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays).
  • Delivery is within the US only.
  • Express deliveries must have signature for release.
  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must ship express and require an additional $3.00 fee plus the additional express shipping and handling fee.
  • Gift certificates are shipped separately and should arrive within 7 - 10 business days. If you need to express ship a gift certificate, please contact Customer Service.
International Orders
  • At this time, we are only able to fulfill orders within the United States
  • Please note: If you have a non-U.S. billing address, but are shipping to an address within the US, you may fax your order to 914-640-1612, or call 512-501-8292, 8am-12 midnight, ET; or mail your order to: Nine West Group, Attention: Customer Service, 1129 Westchester Avenue, White Plains, NY 10604.
