9WLOVES RewardsSM program membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the United States and Puerto Rico. Commercial customers and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible for membership. Employees (and their immediate family members or those living in the same household) of JAG Footwear, Accessories and Retail Corporation, its Nine West Division, its affiliates and subsidiaries, divisions, parent, The Jones Group Inc. and related companies, are not eligible for membership.
Minimum required information for membership sign up at Nine West Specialty Retail Stores, Nine West Outlet Store or Nine West customer service is a current, valid e-mail address, first and last name, and current home zip code. For sign up on the Nine West website, Email address, first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, phone and password are required.
Membership is subject to current program rules as they may be modified from time to time in the future.
Enrollment becomes effective and acceptance of these terms and conditions begins when a new member enrolls in the 9WLOVES RewardsSM program. Nine West may change the 9WLOVES RewardsSM rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or point levels for rewards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. Nine West may, at any time, modify the 9WLOVES RewardsSM program and program rules without any further obligations to members. Nine West in its sole discretion for any reason may change or terminate program partners, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the points required for any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates or limit the number of rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase. Nine West will honor any point values accumulated or rewards earned in accordance with these terms and conditions in effect at the time the program changes are made. Membership is valid only at participating Nine West Specialty Retail or Nine West Outlet Store locations and at ninewest.com.
Nine West may terminate the 9WLOVES RewardsSM program at any time. If Nine West decides to terminate the Program, Nine West will provide written notice to Program members thirty (30) days in advance of the Program termination. In that event, the right to earn points and redeem these points for rewards may end 30 days after such notification.
Abuse of the 9WLOVES RewardsSM program, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale, exchange or barter of Reward Passes, product, points or promotional offers, the return of reduced price merchandise without receipt for full price gift cards and Rewards Passes, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Nine West in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member's rewards program account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued and cancellation of previously issued but unused Reward Passes. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the 9WLOVES RewardsSM program, Nine West reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys' fees and court costs.
Nine West reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by Nine West shall be final and conclusive in all matters relating to the 9WLOVES RewardsSM program.
By becoming a 9WLOVES RewardsSM member, you agree to receive print/electronic communications and other related materials regarding the administration of the 9WLOVES RewardsSM program at the discretion of Nine West. Members will also receive promotional and other marketing communications. Nine West reserves the right to stop sending any of these communications and related materials to any 9WLOVES RewardsSM member.
In order to keep you appraised of your 9WLOVES RewardsSMmembership status, it is important that we send you certain program information that may include printed periodic statements of your account and other information necessary for administration. We may also send you printed or email marketing materials from Nine West (including 9WLOVES RewardsSM and other brands owned by Nine West) which will inform you of special offers and products we believe would be of interest to you.
As a participant in 9WLOVES RewardsSM, you have consented to receive all of the kinds of information described above. However, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of marketing mailings and e-mails from Nine West or 9WLOVES RewardsSM.
Each member is responsible for reading the 9WLOVES RewardsSMemail notices, newsletters, and account statements in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the program.

Nine West reserves the right to make 9WLOVES RewardsSM points and promotional offers available to select members based on members’ purchase activity, geographic location, program participation, or in response to information supplied by the member.
Members may cancel their membership at any time by notifying Nine West Customer Service by mail at 1411 Broadway, New York, NY 10018; by e-mail at email@example.com; by telephone at 855-NINE-LUV (855-646-3588) or at www.ninewest.com/faq.
Nine West reserves the right to cancel an individual’s membership. If there is no account activity or points from any source posted to a 9WLOVES RewardsSM member's account during a rolling twelve (12) month period, all existing points will be deducted from the members account.
As a member of 9WLOVES RewardsSM,you earn one (1) point for every $1 spent on any eligible product that you purchase. You must identify yourself as a program member by using the e-mail address you used when you registered for the program or that you have changed since that time on your 9WLOVES RewardsSM My Profile page as primary identification to earn points for your purchase. Purchases earn points as follows:
- Eligible products purchased earn one (1) point for every dollar spent.
- Purchases will be rounded up to the next whole dollar in determining the number of points earned.
- Points will be posted to member’s account within approximately 6 days from in-store purchase or date of shipment. No adjustments to a member’s account ("Account") will be made after 90 days from the actual purchase date.
- Point calculations are based upon dollars spent at checkout on eligible purchases (including purchases made with a valid Nine West Gift Card) less any state or local sales taxes or fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, restocking fees, rebates applied at the time of purchase, the dollar amount of available mail-in rebates at the time of purchase, the dollar amount of the purchase of Nine West Gift Cards and the dollar amount of any Nine West Gift Card offer with purchase, or other excluded charges.
- Members do not earn points for the amount of any reward passes (“Reward Passes”) redeemed or discounts applied. When members return products to the store or by mail, points previously posted to the member's account for that purchase will be deducted from member's account.
- Other exclusions may apply.
- Points have no cash value and are nontransferable.
- Members cannot earn points on any purchases made prior to their date of enrollment in the program.
- When making a purchase on ninewest.com, your billing information (the name and address information for the party paying for the purchase) must match the 9WLOVES RewardsSM profile information with which you logged in to earn points for the purchase.
Nine West is not responsible for communications, including Reward Passes, lost due to member’s failure to properly notify Nine West of a change of e-mail address or other contact information.
Nine West reserves the right to change 9WLOVES RewardsSM at any time without notice, including imposition of new point expiration dates. All point and reward values earned prior to the creation of new expiration dates will maintain their original value.
Accrued points do not constitute property of the member. The accumulation of points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to points, rewards, or program benefits. In accumulating points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any reward or reward level.
Points may not be combined among 9WLOVES RewardsSM members or conveyed by any means to anyone. By way of example, points cannot be sold or gifted and are not transferable upon a member’s death or as part of a domestic relations matter.
Rewards For every 150 points, members earn in the 9WLOVES RewardsSM program, members will be eligible to receive a Reward Pass redeemable for $10 off the purchase of any eligible product at participating Nine West specialty retail stores, Nine West Outlet stores (after October 1, 2012) or on ninewest.com. . Reward Passes will be automatically e-mailed to eligible 9WLOVES RewardsSM members. Reward Passes will be delivered 30 days after member becomes eligible to receive Reward Pass. Please note that a minimum of 150 points must remain on your account during the 30 day period to be eligible for the reward.
Each Reward Pass is valid through the expiration date printed on the Reward Pass. Nine West reserves the right to change period of time for which Reward Pass will be valid at its discretion. However, Nine West will honor the Reward Pass expiration period provided with any Reward Pass issued prior to such a change.
9WLOVES RewardsSM program Members in good standing (i.e. those who meet or exceed the minimum level of account activity; are not commercial customers or purchasing the items for resale; and have perpetrated no fraud or other action intended to undermine the legitimate operation of the program) may earn up to a maximum of $100 in Reward Passes during a calendar year.
Reward Passes are not valid for use on prior purchases thirty days past the date of purchase or the purchase of Nine West Gift Cards. Reward Passes are not redeemable for cash and no change will be given for any balance remaining on a Reward Pass. Members may be notified of additional ineligible products and services. Other restrictions may apply. Lost, stolen, or expired Reward Passes will not be replaced. Reward Passes can be printed from your 9WLOVES RewardsSM Program My Rewards page until they have been redeemed in full or expired. .
9WLOVES RewardsSM VIP Tier The above Terms and Conditions are also applicable to 9WLOVES RewardsSM program VIP membership status.
Members who earn 300 base points within any twelve-month period will be upgraded to VIP membership status within three business days after the qualifying purchase is posted to the qualifying member’s account. Members will be notified of their change in membership status via e-mail
Members who qualify for VIP status will retain their status for one (1) year from their date of eligibility as long as a minimum of 300 points are maintained throughout the year. In order to re-qualify for VIP status members must earn an additional 300 points during their twelve-month eligibility period.
9WLOVES RewardsSM VIP benefits (all base 9WLOVES RewardsSM benefits plus the following):
- 50% bonus on base points earned through entire period of eligibility:
- Eligible products purchased earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent.
Benefits are subject to change.
Fraudulent use of 9WLOVES RewardsSM VIP status may result in program termination by Nine West.
The Nine Loves logo, 9WLOVES RewardsSM logo and other logos and taglines used in connection with the 9WLOVES RewardsSM program are the intellectual property of Nine West Development Corporation. The awarding of 9WLOVES RewardsSM points, and the redemption of 9WLOVES RewardsSM Passes are void where prohibited by law.
