What is the 9WLOVES Rewards program?

9WLOVES Rewards is a program that Rewards you for your shopping at Nine West Specialty Retail Stores, Nine West Outlet Stores and online at ninewest.com. Every time you make a purchase you earn points to receive Rewards toward more Nine West purchases. As a member you will also get exclusive member only promotions. How can I sign up?

You can sign up at any Nine West Specialty Retail Store, Nine West Outlet Store, online at www.ninewest.com/nineloves, or through Nine West Customer Service at 855-NINE-LUV (855-646-3588), seven days a week from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight EST. You have to be at least 18 years old to join and participate in the program. Minimum required information for membership sign up at Nine West retail stores or Nine West customer service is e-mail address, first and last name, and current home zip code. For sign up on the Nine West website, Email address, first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, phone and password are required. Your e-mail address will be your primary identification as a program member and you must use it every time you make a purchase at a Nine West Specialty Retail Store, Nine West Outlet Store or on www.ninewest.com to ensure your points are properly credited to your account.

Why should I register online?

Creating your online profile is the easiest way to check your point and Rewards status and other program benefits. If a Rewards Pass is lost, it can be reprinted from your online account as long as it is not expired or fully redeemed. Registering online ensures that you get credited for your points and makes you eligible for additional exclusive benefits.

What are the benefits of the program?

Every time you make a purchase at a Nine West Specialty Retail Store, Nine West Outlet Store or on www.ninewest.com you get one (1) base point for every dollar spent. Once you earn 150 points we will send you a $10 Rewards Pass for your next Nine West purchase. You'll also have the opportunity to earn bonus points on all purchases during specified time periods. During these periods every dollar spent will earn you additional points on top of the one (1) base point per dollar earned so you can get your Rewards Pass even faster. These periods will be communicated through e-mails and the Nine West/9WLOVES websites in advance of the event dates.

We also celebrate your birthday with you! When you provide your birth date on your 9WLOVES My Profile page, you will receive an exclusive offer to use toward a Nine West purchase during your birthday month.

We will continue to surprise you with other exclusive member-only benefits and promotions along the way. You will also have the opportunity to earn points without making a purchase.

I do not reside in the United States , can I join the program?

Sorry, only residents of the United States and Puerto Rico are eligible to participate in the program.

How do I qualify for the 9WLOVES VIP tier?

Members who earn 300 points within any 12-month period will be upgraded to VIP membership status. Members will be notified of their change in membership status via e-mail. Members who qualify for VIP status will retain their status for one (1) year from their date of eligibility as long as a minimum of 300 points is maintained throughout the year. You must earn another 300 points during your year of eligibility to maintain your VIP status into the next year

What are the benefits of the 9WLOVES VIP tier?

Earn Rewards quicker! As a VIP member you will earn 50% bonus points on all qualifying purchases during your period of eligibility.

Point Scale

Base members: $1 spent = 1 point

VIP members: $1 spent = 1.5 points

Why did the point scale change?

Life is hard enough without having to figure out how many points you earned from your purchases. Now it’s as simple as one for one. Spend a dollar earn a point. Earn 150 points and get a $10 Rewards Pass.

Did I lose anything with the new point scale?

No. If you had points prior to April 27, 2011, the number of points you earned will decrease. But they don’t lose any of their value since the amount needed for a Rewards Pass decreased by the same proportion. How do points work?

Every time you make a purchase at a Nine West Specialty Retail Store, Nine West Outlet Store (after October 1,) or on ninewest.com you get one (1) base point for every dollar spent. Points will post to your 9WLOVES account within 6 days from the date of purchase. Once you reach 150 points we will send you a $10 Rewards Pass for your next Nine West purchase (up to a maximum of $100 in Rewards Passes can be earned per calendar year).

You can earn points on all merchandise purchased at any Nine West Specialty Retail Store, Nine West Outlet Store and www.ninewest.com. You will also have the opportunity to earn points without making a purchase. Points cannot be earned on tax, shipping, purchase of gift cards or for the amount of any Rewards certificates redeemed or discounts applied to your purchase. Points are not transferable and if you don't make a purchase in a Nine West Specialty Retail Store, Nine West Outlet Store or on www.ninewest.com in any consecutive twelve (12) month period any points earned will be forfeited.

How do I check my point balance?

The easiest way to check your point balance is online at www.ninewest.com/nineloves. A 9WLOVES online profile is required to check your status. You can also check your status at a Nine West Specialty Retail Store, Nine West Outlet Store or by calling Nine West Customer Service at 855-NINE-LUV (855-646-3588), seven days a week from 8:00 am - 12:00 midnight ET.

Can I get credit for points after my purchase?

Yes, if you were an enrolled 9WLOVES member at the time of purchase you can call Customer Service at 855-NINE-LUV (855-646-3588). To get credited for your points you need to have your receipt. Credit can only be given within 90 days from the date of purchase.

How can I redeem my Rewards Pass?

Rewards Passes can be redeemed at any Nine West Specialty Retail Store, Nine West Outlet Store, online at www.ninewest.com using the Rewards code on the Rewards Pass or placing any order through Nine West Customer Service at 855-NINE-LUV (855-646-3588), seven days a week from 8:00 am - 12:00 midnight EST. Your Rewards Pass expires 90 days from the date of issue. The expiration date will be printed on the Rewards Pass.

When using my Rewards Pass to make a purchase on ninewest.com, how will I know how much of the Rewards Pass value has been applied to my total?

At this time, we're not able to display how much of a Rewards Pass was applied to your purchase on ninewest.com. If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the Rewards Pass, the balance will be charged to your credit card, which will appear on your card statement. The difference between this amount and the total purchase price is what was redeemed from the Rewards Pass.

When will I receive my Rewards Pass?

Rewards Passes are sent 30 days after reaching 150 points. Please note that a minimum of 150 points must remain on your account during the 30 day period to be eligible for the Rewards Pass.

Can I combine multiple Rewards Passes?

Rewards Passes can be combined in a single purchase. If you would like to use more than one Rewards Pass for an online purchase contact Nine West Customer Service at 855-NINE-LUV (855-646-3588), seven days a week from 8:00 am - 12:00 midnight EST to place the order.

What are bonus point periods?

You'll also have the opportunity to earn bonus points on all purchases during specified time periods. During these periods every dollar spent will earn you additional points on top of the base points per dollar earned so you can get your Rewards Pass even faster. These periods will be communicated through e-mails and the Nine West/9WLOVES websites in advance of the event dates.

Can I save my points to earn a bigger Rewards?

Each time you reach 150 points a $10 Rewards Pass will be automatically e-mailed to you. Rewards Passes are sent 30 days after reaching 150 points. Please note that a minimum of 150 points must remain on your account during the 30-day period to be eligible for the Rewards Pass. Any additional points remaining on your account above 150 will be applied toward your next Rewards Pass.

 

Does my membership expire?

No. However, if you don't make a purchase at a Nine West Specialty Retail Store, Nine West Outlet Store or on www.ninewest.com in any consecutive twelve (12) month period, any points you had previously earned will be forfeited.

Is there a limit on how many Rewards Passes I can earn?

You can earn up to a maximum of $100 in Rewards Passes during a calendar year.

I lost my Rewards Pass. Can you reissue a new one?

It's easy to retrieve your Rewards Pass. You will be able to print them from your 9WLOVES My Rewards page as long as the Rewards Pass has not expired and the full amount has not been redeemed. Click here www.ninewest.com/nineloves to access your 9WLOVES My Rewards page.

How do I cancel my membership?

We hope you wouldn't want to, but you can cancel your membership online at ninewest.com. https://www.ninewest.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-ninewest-Site/default/NineLoves-Unenroll or by calling Nine West Customer Service at 855-NINE-LUV (855-646-3588), seven days a week from 8:00 am - 12:00 midnight ET.

How do I change my personal information?

Any changes to your 9WLOVES profile must be done through your 9WLOVES My Profile page at www.ninewest.com/nineloves. Please note this will also change your regular www.ninewest.com account information.

What do you use my information for?

We use your information to ensure your 9WLOVES Rewards points are accurately credited to your account. Should your e-mail address become unusable for any reason, we may use your postal address information (if it has been provided) to request that you update this information.

When will I receive my 25 % off birthday coupon?

Birthday coupons are issued on the first Thursday of each month. If you enter your birthday after the first Thursday of the month, a coupon will be e-mailed to you on the following Thursday. Coupons will not be issued for those who enter their birthday once the month has passed until their birth month the following year.

If I return an item purchased with a Nine Loves Rewards Pass , will my Rewards Pass be reissued?

If an item was purchased at Ninewest.com using a Rewards Pass, a new Rewards Pass will be issued for you within one week. The Rewards Pass will only be re-issued if it is still valid. Expired Rewards Passes will not be reissued.

If an item was purchased at a Nine West Specialty Retail Store or Nine West Outlet Store using a Rewards Pass, the Rewards Pass number, amount and expiration date will be printed on the store receipt. The Rewards Pass information will only be printed on the receipt if it is still valid. Expired Rewards Passes will not be printed on the receipt.
