Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we then determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.
  • Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. We won't charge you extra if your items are shipped separately.
  • Gift cards are shipped separately and should arrive within 5-7 business days. This option is free of charge. Expedited delivery options are subject to our normal rates and times. For immediate delivery, we recommend purchasing an e-Gift Card.
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays).
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Please note: once an order is submitted, we're immediately working to process and ship it. We're therefore unable to make any modifications or cancellations.
Orders placed after 12 p.m. ET, over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once we've shipped your order, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to become available in the FedEx system.

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll notify you via email. This email will include your tracking information and also allow you to check the status of YOUR ORDER
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days for a full refund.
You may only return your purchase(s) by mail, provided the return is consistent with the return policy above. Returns will not be accepted at Nine West store locations.
We don't accept returns for Nine West products purchased at department stores, specialty stores or websites other than
Returns after 30 days, and items marked FINAL SALE or AS IS will not be accepted.
It's easy. Simply pack and seal your return securely in the item's original packaging. Properly mark your packing slip with the item(s) being returned, indicating the reason for your return, and include it in your package.
If you don't have your packing slip, you can insert a copy of your order confirmation email or provide us with the following information:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Order Number (if available)
  • Item(s) being returned and the reason why
You have two options for shipping your item(s) back to us:
1. Use the pre-paid SmartPost shipping label included in your package or generate a new label online. Drop off at any USPS or FedEx drop-off location and we'll deduct $7.50 from your refund for postage.
2. You can also ship the package to the address below using your preferred method. We recommend saving your tracking information and requesting delivery confirmation in the event your returned package is delayed or lost in transit.

Refunds for eligible returns are applied according to the original form of payment and/or as outlined below*.
Credit Card A refund for your return will be applied to the same card.
Gift Card Only A refund for your return will be issued in the form of an e-Gift Card via email.
Nine Loves Rewards Pass If your rewards pass hasn't expired, a new rewards pass will be reissued and emailed to you.
Gift Card and Credit Card Combined The refund will be split as follows: The original amount charged to your credit card will be refunded back to the same credit card. You'll receive an e-Gift Card via e-mail for the amount taken from your Gift Card.
Nine Loves Rewards Pass and Credit Card Combined The refund will split as follows: The original amount charged to your credit card will be refunded back to the same card and, if your rewards pass hasn't expired, you'll receive a new Nine Loves Rewards Pass via email.
PayPal® If you return your order to our return center, you'll receive a full refund back to your PayPal® account.
Non Company issued gift card – Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® If you're using a bank-issued gift card, please hold on to it until you’re certain that you won't be returning the item. Your refund can only be issued back to the gift card used to make the purchase.
*NOTE: Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 14 days to receive your refund or credit back to the original form of purchase.
We will make a one-time price adjustment for merchandise purchased at full-price which has been marked down for the first time within 14 days from the original date of purchase.
Price adjustments can't be applied to special promotions.
